We're Jenn & Chris.

After twenty-plus years of working in our respective careers, we found ourselves burned out, angry, and resentful.

This was our life. Maybe it feels familiar to you, too:

  • Rushing around with unstoppable demands on your time and energy

  • Work becoming the sole identity and not feeling value outside of work

  • Employee/employer and relationship challenges

  • Too many unfinished projects

  • Not enough time in the day

  • No personal enjoyment or hobbies

  • No real idea what else to do, or where to start

  • Feeling depressed or unfocused OR hyper and stressed…with very little in between

  • Waking up in the night with a to-do list or a to-pay list rattling around

  • Not seeing anything beyond the chores or routines or bills of today, this week, or this month

  • Coping with these feelings by revenge-scrolling social media, watching tv, comfort-eating, or a nightly drink “to relax from the day”.

  • Always working and never catching up.

Whew! It's exhausting just to read.

Seeing people we care about struggle with these challenges, and experiencing them so deeply ourselves, has driven us to find a way to help people tackle and overcome them. We've put together a package combining art and science together to deliver transformational change in peoples’ lives, quickly and effectively.

Your Transformation Story is a twelve-month program for busy people, designed to leap you forward in bite-sized, manageable chunks.

Our program is simple:

  • Monthly success and personal growth topics taught live in two interactive online sessions.

  • Five RIM-facilitated sessions.

  • A motivated group cohort learning, practicing and creating accountability together.

  • Additional reading, viewing and listening resources to dive in more deeply.
